Servicing includes a 15 points inspection to test the key features of your avalanche transceiver.

  • Service charge: 30€ (24€ during low season)
  • Round-trip shipping costs included : 10€ (per order, regardless of quantity of revisions)
  • Print your return label and send us your DVA.

Processing time can range from a few days to 3 weeks depending on the season (longer delays are to be expected during winter) or longer if your product needs to be repaired. In this case, we will contact you directly.

Get a 6€ discount if you order between March and August (Initial price: 40€)

Recommended servicing frequency:

  • Standard usage (20 to 60 days per year): Every 3 years
  • Professional usage including mountain guides, ski patrols, ski instructors ... (or 60+ days per year): Once a year
