It contains all the essentials needed to treat basic wounds, minor injuries, and other first aid care. Protect yourself with a survival blanket, treat wounds with tweezers, band-aids, an antiseptic, scissors, and a bandage... All essential first-aid supplies are included.

As a bonus, two blister prevention patches are also provided, since this is one of the most common injuries on hikes.
