How to have your cartridge delivered to a different address?
Example: I live in Paris, France, and I'm planning a ski trip to Innsbruck, Austria. I want my full carbon cartridge to be delivered directly to Innsbruck. It's straightforward!! When placing my order, I enter my Paris address as the billing address and provide the desired Innsbruck address (or a Pickup Point) as the shipping address.

CONFIRM YOUR ARVA SEASONAL RENTAL

Rental period

Enjoy your equipment for the entire season! The rental is valid until May 15, 2026, the date on which the product must be returned.

Purchase option

Want to keep your product? A personalized offer will be presented one month before the end of the rental (or upon request), with the amount you have already paid in rental fees deducted.

Deposit

Enter the IBAN of the bank account from which the deposit (€30.00) may be debited, only in case of non-return. No debit will occur if the equipment is returned on time (return label included).

As of today, the rental service is available only for countries in the Schengen Area.

Our carbon cartridge refill service operates like a deposit system. We collect your empty carbon cartridge, refill it, and return it to the market. Upon receiving your empty carbon cartridge, we will send you either your full cartridge or a new one.

Warning: Only Arva brand cartridges are eligible for this service

How to proceed with the refill?

  • 1/ Order a carbon cartridge refill.
  • 2/ Place your empty carbon cartridge in a package.
  • 3/ Print the refill request PDF received via email and include it in your package.
  • 4/ Print the shipping label you received via email and attach it to your package.
  • 5/ All that's left is to send us your package!
